I'm following Dave Ramsey's approach with the debt snowball. I'm working on getting my emergency fund fully funded right now. Once I have that money in place, I'll be adjusting my budget so that I can focus small but quick gains that snowball into larger payments to my biggest creditors. I didn't get myself into debt overnight, and I'm not expecting to be out of debt overnight, but I know with God's help I can get to the point where I am no longer a servant to any lender.
