Paying off your debts is one way to set yourself free. The Bible says, the borrower is servant to the lender Prov 22:7. I hope you are paying off the one with the highest interest rate first.

Thanks for stopping by. I’m following Dave Ramsey’s approach with the debt snowball. I’m working on getting my emergency fund fully funded right now. Once I have that money in place, I’ll be adjusting my budget so that I can focus small but quick gains that snowball into larger payments to my biggest creditors.
I didn’t get myself into debt overnight, and I’m not expecting to be out of debt overnight, but I know with God’s help I can get to the point where I am no longer a servant to any lender.
