Financial Freak

I abandoned financialfreak.com a while ago, but now I am back.  What I started 5 years ago when I moved down to Bay Area of the Houston Metroplex is coming together. The systems I learned for finances, household, as well as diet and exercise are finally beginning to mesh. It’s taken 5 years to get to this point, but I’m glad I am here.

This log is about the financial part of it. I owe over $100K in debt due to student loans and some really poor financial choices. But now that I am gainfully employed by a major corp and my job isn’t going away anytime soon, I’m focusing on getting things taken care of. My goal this year is a minimum of $20K paid off.
